1. Materials

Our products are ethically sourced, and use a mix of 100% GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton, recycled polyester and other sustainable materials.

We are conscious about our impact on the environment and we work with companies that ensure the well-being of people within the supply chain.

2. Production

Our suppliers work very closely with the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF), being ranked among the top leading companies in sourcing sustainable materials by the Textile Exchange. This provides safe and healthy working conditions which are systematically monitored with action plans to improve them.

3. Embroidery

We work with an ethical UK supplier with aligned values and culture to B8SIC. Our products are embroidered with 100% natural rayon viscose thread, which is made from wood pulp from sustainably managed forests. The thread has a high sheen and is made from high quality raw materials to ensure it is strong and durable. It is produced in a factory that recycles water and uses energy recovery for climate-neutral thread drying.

4. Packaging

You will receive your B8SIC items knowing that all of our packaging has been designed to have minimal environmental impact. Our custom tissue paper and stickers are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified and sourced from a forest and supply chain that is managed responsibly and sustainably.

They are printed with soy inks which have low levels of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), reducing air pollution during the drying process and our mailer bags are made from 100% recycled plastics.

5. Delivery

B8SIC work with one of the UK's largest and most reputable delivery partners. 40% of their fleet utilises CNG biomethane trucks and 30% EV vehicles.

We offer Eco delivery through our partnership with JUST ONE Tree, planting one tree for every order placed using this service.

6. Giving Back

Our products are produced responsibly, creating high quality, long lasting clothing. Like any business, through the natural production process we have a small percentage of defected garments. Rather than dispose of these, we donate these garments to a number of charities.

Also, look out for our capsule collections that support local communities, charities and topics that are close to heart of the B8SIC community.
